אם תחליטו לשפר את ארוחת הבוקר שהיא היתה טובה מאד אבל לא מצויינת כמו במלונות 5 כוכבים אז לדעתי תוכלו להיות מלון 5 כוכבים. החדר נפלא המיקום יוצא מן הכלל,הצוות מצוין. הכל היה פנטסטי

היתה קצת המולה בחדר האוכל בארוחת הבוקר. המון הודים. חלקם אוכלים בעמידה,חלקם אוכלים מהצלחת בידיים,אבל זה קרה רק יומיים.

צוות הבוקר מאוד שירותי ונחמד. פקיד הקבלה בלילה (01:30) שפנינו היה ממש ממש לא נחמד ולא כל כך תקשר באנגלית.

הגענו ועשינו צ'ק אין וקיבלנו חדר שהרצפה רטובה ומוצפת מים. ביקשנו להחליף והעבירו לחדר בקומה אחרת ושם גילינו שישנה בעיה בשירותים, סתימה, וביקשנו שיסדרו זאת בזמן שנצא להכיר המקום ונגיע מאוחר יותר ומקווים שעד שנחזור יסודר. חזרנו גמורים לאחר חצות ורצינו להתארגן ולהפתעתנו לא סידרו כלום. כשירדנו ללובי והתלוננו וביקשנו להחליף חדר, שלחו איש בטחון עם פומפה שעלה איתנו לחדר ש"סידר" לידנו והשאיר מלוכלך את כל החדר רחצה וטען שרק בבוקר יגיעו לנקות כי אין אנשי משק בשעה מאוחרת ובנוסף איש הקבלה טען שאין חדרים ושלא יעבירו אותנו. רק לאחר שצילמתי והודעתי שבכוונתי להתלונן ולפרסם בבוקינג מצאו חדר והעבירו אותנו שוב. יחס מגעיל של איש הבטחון ושל פקיד הקבלה במשמרת לילה. בנוסף חוסר מקצועיות של איש אחזה שמגיע עם גרביים כאילו העירו אותו ולא מתקשר באנגלית. חוויה לא נעימה לתחילת חופשה.
