Alsisar Haveli - Heritage Hotel

Sitting in the courtyard over breakfast, drinks, and dinner were all wonderful. The breakfast is a nice spread and with good coffee not easily obtained. Very good Rajasthani thali and pulaos. Rooms are spacious. Especially after a long hot day of shopping or sightseeing or visits, a lovely space to come and chill.

The was a lingering odor in the bathroom. While most of the staff greeted you, in particular the front office and dining spaces, the housekeeping staff seemed shy or untrained in this regard.

The classic style. The property was very grand and pretty. Staff at breakfast were really attentive.

No steam, the facilities stated it was available. When challenged the Manager We were advised to contact booking.com. Not good WiFi - poor connection. Too expensive overpriced Tv was not working. no lift stairs are steap. I am allergic to dogs there was a family dog wondering around all the time including lunch time. Expensive spa on site. Faculties were not available. Toilettes were not always replenished. Room was not always cleaned needed requesting. Left with so many mosquitos bites.

size of the room was good but was they did not have the mini freeze in it which was a bit disappointing rest all was perfect. Breakfast also was very good and the staff also was very courteous and helpful.

Breakfast and Dinner were served in a lovely heritage dining room. Staff very friendly and attentive. Food was very good. Try the Dosas & omlettes.

This was fine for us but may be a consideration for some people - our room was in the second floor and there is no lift. The second floor had a lovely open space with seating and views over the town, which we enjoyed.

Great facilities and friendly staff. Would come back and stay. 5 stars.
