HM Alma Beach - Adults Only

Everything was great, but I had very noisy neighbours who partied in town until 3 a.m. and then came back to their room to talk loudly/half loudly until they fell asleep. This happened five times during the week.

Estuve en una habitación individual, la cama un poco estrecha pero muy cómoda. En general muy bien las instalaciones, ubicación con respecto al aeropuerto y un desayuno continental muy variado.

Staff was very nice, breakfast quite good

The rooms are not soundproofed at all. The windows are not double-glazed, and the walls seem to be made of paper. We could hear everything from the corridors and the other rooms, so it was very noisy.

How the hell could you cancel someone's reservation before letting them know first. Travelling from country to country comes with lot of challenge and delay may happen. In such situation, instead of contacting for confirmation, you horribly charge and then cancel one's reservation. That's just stupid !

Great hotel in a great location. Breakfast great sets you up for the day. ( Don't leave your plate unattended as the staff will have it away before you know it). Evening buffet meal could be hit or miss. Staff at the Hotel friendly and helpful special shout out to Franco who is a credit to the Hotel. Would I book again most definitely

The hotel staff was very nice and friendly, trying to help us. Also, the location is good, especially if you do not care about being close to Palma.

First and foremost, the room description does not match the actual room. We were promised a balcony with "city view". Well, the balcony was there indeed (fortunately, because no other windows are there in the room), but the promised "city view" was the wall of another building a meter away from us. See yourself on the attached photos. I guess one can argue that house walls are also part of the city, but... Second, the room was so strangely designed and so small that it was really difficult to move around. It felt as if living in a prison cell. Third, sound isolation is non-existent. Expect to hear all the slightest details of what is happening in the corridor outside your door. Probably the reverse is true as well - they can hear you. And given that your bed is almost touching the apartment door, it can be... uncomfortable :) Fourth, the internet connectivity is not great, with all non-standard ports blocked. Dear HM Alma Beach management, please pass this message to your system administrators: it does not really make sense to block outgoing ssh and git connections, it only irritates your guests without adding anything to security.

Great hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Great location. We booked bed and breakfast and the breakfast was very good with plenty of options. The roof top bar and pool was really nice although small with limited space. There is a larger pool on ground floor level but it was mainly in the shade . My only issue was the small size of our double room. I had made the assumption that we would have a double bed and balcony but this is an upgrade. We tried to upgrade on arrival but were unable to do so as the hotel was full. Our room had twin beds pushed together and was tiny. Just had a window . No coffee in room, just tea bags and no milk. It was very clean and comfortable with good aircon

The pool was colder then the ocean, and had bugs in it. But the pools looked nice but not that nice to take a swim in unfortunately.
