I loved the food, the views and the gaming

The beds where overall terrible and hard. They ended up charging me twice and said they would give a refund but have yet to do that. Also the ac was ok but it made no noise making the rooms too quiet to sleep in which is a personal preference I understand but I could hear every other person in their own rooms. It was a bit awkward.

Clean, quiet and a good location for the ferry service to the islands.

The bathroom and shower size and fixtures.

No continental breakfast, was unable to adjust heat in room.

We did not eat at this hotel - we did not see a breakfast option or a dinner option we were interested in. So we made reservations elsewhere. We did have drinks up at the bar next to our room and the gal in there was beyond lovely - allowed us to sit at a table since their restaurant was closed - the no back chairs are hard on someone like me with a cane who had driven all day and taken a ferry, etc... The bed seemed comfy sitting on the end of it near the TV but when I went to sit on edge to take off shoes and get ready for bed and then sleep it was a nightmare - should have asked for a pad from housekeeping and if it weren't so late and we weren't so tired, I would have, it seemed comfy from our initial "test". The room was super clean and appreciated the Mocha Joe coffee selection - was looking all over for that in stores to take home - thanks for that. Cannot handle a dirty room - one sleepless night - I will remember to ask for a pad next time. Room was comfy with temps and the VIEW was really pretty - also the bird songs!!! Reminded me of home, so peaceful in the morning - relaxing!
