Location location location! Close to central bus depot. Close to sky tower casino. Excellent value for money, everything you need for a weekend away. Great water pressure in the shower. Great sound proofing …. Minimal street and traffic noise. Great staff! Friendly and helpful! Highly highly recommend!

Unfortunate location for homeless to gather….both sides of the street. A little scary sometimes having to navigate entering and leaving the building without offending the local populace.

Suppose to be serviced aparrments only thing changed was rubbish bins Can feel little unsafe at night due to being directly across the road of The Mission?

Took 10 mins waiting outside someone to finally answer answer box /on wall outside to let us in Outside feels unsafe

"homeless people right at the entrance of the apartment building"

it has all the required amenities..

there a 4 - 5 homeless people lying on the floor right outside the door of the apartment building, scary to move out as they come an approach you for money and they keep staring at you.. there are much better places in the same location but dont book this one..

"Good place to stay"

This place was well priced with good facilities - kitchen and laundry. Great staff too.

One thing to be very aware of as a woman traveling alone is that there are often people hanging around the entrance. Some might be rough sleepers, and they didn't bother me (and I don't think there should be laws against that!), but it's helpful to be aware for personal security.
