"Great location but very noisy"

Excellent location and so close to the convention centre and in the inner city attractions.

Very noisy from the cars and people on the street, even at night. Apartment was basic and could do with a refurbishment but was clean and comfortable.

"Great location!"

We stayed 2 nights to visit Hobbiton. The location was excellent - very convenient. The amenities other than the airconditioner were good, checkin lady was lovely. Our room was clean and looked recently renovated. The washing machine and dryer was a wonderful luxury.

Our biggest gripe is with the airconditioner which was not consistently cooling the room. This heavily affected our sleep. The fan was a little helpful tho noisy, and would be better if there was more space and longer cable to position it comfortably. We read about the homeless and drunk people outside but they were not many, harmless and added some colour to our visit. 😁
