Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. However, one interaction at reception was disappointing. When I politely asked if my car could be released from the parking area, I was questioned about why I needed it and was told to leave it where it was. While this may have been partly due to a language barrier, the manner and attitude of the response felt unnecessarily dismissive. I had to turn and go to her colleague because her expression made me feel really uncomfortable and not welcomed

The property is quite run-down and there was a noticeable smell of dampness and mould in both the room and common areas. Humidifiers/dehumidifiers were placed throughout the building, which gave the impression that moisture issues may be an ongoing concern. The breakfast offering was also very limited and fell well below expectations. The selection consisted mainly of onigiri and pre-packaged pastries, with no milk, yoghurt, or other basic breakfast items that many guests would reasonably expect. Overall, the low price was attractive, but in my experience it came at the expense of comfort and quality. The apparent damp and mould issues were particularly concerning, and I would recommend considering other options if your budget allows.

Stayed here twice due to typhoon - all is great!

Well appointed room and we ended up spending all of one day in the room due to a typhoon and were able to relax and eat meals. Hotel rooms are well sound insulated and so is peaceful. AC doesn’t work while your are out of the room, but it takes hardly any time to cool the room. Great location near many shops and restaurants.

Room we booked was a little small, but was as per the description. Even small room was well appointed

A szoba nagyon tiszta volt, kényelemes ággyal, kedves személyzettel.

Viszonylag távol volt a tömegközlekedési megállóktól és a reggeli, habár finom volt, európai szemmel egy kicsit szegényes volt a választék.
