Great location, good rooms, great managers nice gardens

Amazing location, room was fairly large and clean.

Property was in a great location but needs a bit of work. Taps in bathroom constantly dripped and the battery in the smoke alarm was going flat so throughout first night there was a constant alarm going off. Staff were very unhelpful and rude.

Very convenient near the clubs and the Renaissance Shopping Centre and a couple of blocks from the beach. Whilst the spacious apartment is just above street level, because it is on a narrow street and not the main street there is no traffic noise at night. Even though had paid with Hotels.com in full they needed an imprint of a credit card or thankfully they took a credit card number over the phone as they need this in case of damage however no damage so no entries (so far) on the credit card...bit hard if you don't have a credit card. Booking in on a Sunday afternoon you need to ring and put in a code but thankfully all OK and then the proper booking in was required at the office before 10am the following business day with a photo ID (so lucky no excursions or early start the next day). However these administrative issues aside was value for money and convenient. Young adult son said he would happily stay there again.

Location was great and the pool was awesome. It would have been really great to have had a tv in the bedroom too. We would definitely stay there again.

The property was in a great location, easy to come and go as we pleased, and was easy to check in even after hours. The staff were lovely and very helpful, will definitely stay there again A++

Had a good stay - nice and quiet & relaxed. Great location, staff were friendly & helpful. Apartment was pretty basic, but functional. Free car parking was good too

This is a nice apartment complex. It is a little older but it's location is very central to Surfers Paradise with everything in walking distance. The place was comfortable and clean we didn't get any extra street noise in the apartment we were in. We would definitely stay here again.
