Balkontüre konnte man nicht richtig schliessen.

Lage bestens/ Frühstück’ just ok/ Zimmer sehr kalt/ Decke ungenügend bei dieser Temperatur/keine Zusatzdecke vorhanden/ habe mir eine Erkältung geholt

zu wenig gutes Deckbett - war unglaublich kalt - Zwingend Ersatzdecke im Schrank vorrätig bei grosser Kälte / Veraltetes Rechnungssystem / Habe mit Frühstück gebucht / wurde aber ohne verrechnet / wurde dann sehr kompliziert...mit Aufpreis /Marco hatte aber Verständnis.

The location and the view are exceptional. The room was spacious and the bathroom was all renovated and spotlessly clean. Staff were really helpful and friendly, went gladly to provide me with a kettle and additional blanket.

I visited in early May, the night temperature was close to 10 degrees and the room was too cold, I did not sleep well even with the additional blanket. The bed is wide for a single bed, which is nice, however the mattress is very old and uncomfortable. Staff left my window open on one of the days even though I left it closed as I knew I will return late in the evening, so the room was freezing...the final night the hot water in the shower was a bit lukewarm, though the rest of the time it was hot enough. Please look after the hotel, relying on the view and location is not enough.
