The staff is very nice, their english is great, the room is spacious, the bathroom is great (big tub, bide), lots of amenities included in the price, pool water temperature warmer then in any hotel I have been at, saunas always working, jacuzzi warm and controled by guests (jets not preprogrammed), breakfast selection and airplane bar - excellent! Our two objections for the family room were: - the toilet, which was separated from the bedroom ONLY by a sliding door (while you have a normal door for the walk-in closet) - four people in the room, but only two spoons, forks, knives etc. in the kitchen All in all, I recommend this hotel and I recommend visiting Graz!

"Spitzenklasse für Wellneswochenende"

Absolut toller Aufenthalt in einem wirklich erstklassigem Hotel. Selten waren wir von einem Stadthotel so begeistert. Das Konzept und die Idee sind tatsächlich einzigartig. Wo sonst kann man in einer zur Bar umgebauten Boing bzw. Iljuschin am Abend leckere Cocktails geniesen, nachdem man tagsüber im 3000 m2 grossen Wellnesbereich mit 6 Saunen, Pools und Whirlpools richtig relaxen konnte. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Uns hat es gut gefallen, die Zimmer sind groß das Frühstück bietet alles.der Spa Bereich auf 2 Etagen habe wir gerne genutzt. Die Highlights sind natürlich die 2 Flugzeuge , waren in beiden, das Restaurant bietet gutes Essen in beeindruckender Atmosphäre
