"Slecht appartement op een perfecte plek"

Alleen de locatie was goed (perfect zelfs), de rest viel tegen.

Het appartement zag eruit alsof er 20 jaar geleden voor het laatst in is geïnvesteerd. Misschien aardig voor studenten die goedkoop willen overnachten, maar absoluut niet de prijs waard die gevraagd werd. Nog even nagekeken hoe het op de website van Booking.com stond, maar het lijkt niet op de getoonde foto's. Ter verduidelijking zal ik wat foto's toevoegen. De keukenuitrusting is hilarisch, zie foto, en merk dan gelijk even op hoe schoon (NOT) de kastjes zijn. De keukens op de foto's op Booking zijn trouwens beduidend groter dan deze paar gammele kastjes. Vlekken op de dekbedhoes en op de dekens. Losse draden uit de muur, vochtplekken op badkamer plafond en een deurkozijn die door het vocht verteerd dreigde te worden. Overigens was het appartement verder wel redelijk schoongemaakt (op de keukenkastjes na). Ook leuk: vergelijk mijn foto van het gezellige dakterras (;-( met de foto op de website.

Appartement très bien placé et confortable pour un séjour en couple. Alejandro est très accueillant. Le parking est très utile pour se garer en centre-ville, un peu difficile d'accès avec une grosse voiture.

L'appartement n'est pas très bien isolé phoniquement. Cependant, la cour intérieure réduit grandement les bruits de l'extérieur.

Très bon accueil, précis. Appartement bien situé au calme dans une cour intérieure. 2 chambres. Confort correct, un peu daté. Le centre historique est à un quart d'heure à pied. Garage vital en ville; il vaut mieux savoir moneuvrer.
