"Luxurious accommodation in the heart of the city"

It was a beautiful high spec apartment, well equipped and with some lovely welcome amenities for breakfast. The staff were all wonderful from the Concierges to the cleaners and the location was perfect.

"Great location, large rooms, some areas need improvement"

Large rooms, great location, early check-in even if we just arrived with the idea of just dropping the luggage

Cleaning standards should improve, furniture shows it’s age and when I came late at night I realised there was no shower gel, no refill, which was disappointing for a 4 star hotel.

"Luxury in the centre of Leeds"

Location was perfect, apartment beautifully presented and old steelwork exposed. Really well appointed. Beds and sofa super comfortable... Loved that we were left muffins, milk and butter, jam, and cereal. Super helpful. At the bottom of the building is a separate cocktail bar that was really busy. The soundproofing was great... we weren't disturbed at all despite it being a busy Saturday night...

Got woken up by lots of laughter from the staff in the laundry store just down from the apartment. Lovely sound to be woken by, but I was woken nonetheless. It would be fab to have a Bluetooth speaker in the living area.
