"Except for the Passport mystery, the hotel is nice and the regulars were helpful and nice."

location good, parking close, elevator, breakfast good. Temporaries at desk to cover for regular full timers.

Appeared that our passports were taken from our room. Do not disturb sign on door. Reported to Police who I'm sure investigated. No definitive blame, however passports left in leather case in luggage bag for two days. Regular staff sympathetic and helpful, but can't find comfort with temps.

War schon zum zweiten Mal in diesem Hotel. Es liegt sehr zentral und das Zimmer erfüllt meine Erwartungen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Das Hotel liegt direkt im Zentrum der Stadt. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und Annehmlichkeiten sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Personal war sehr nett, das Frühstücksbuffet reichlich und sehr gut.
