I liked everything

El personal es muy atento y amable. Las vistas desde la terraza son inmejorables. Está muy cerca del centro de Pienza y se visita todo andando. Tienen garaje y sitio para aparcar alrededor del hotel. Desayuno muy completo. Tienen servicio de bar hasta las 20:00h.

Se escucha mucho el ruido de las habitaciones contiguas. No hay persiana, solo una cortina fina y otra más gruesa, pero en cuanto sale el sol entra la luz.

The breakfast on the balcony was truly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. The view was absolutely breathtaking—so stunning that I found myself wondering if it was even real. The espresso was perfect, and the homemade milk cake on the menu was an extra delight for the soul. The staff were amazing—warm, attentive, and welcoming. Thank you so much for such a wonderful and unforgettable experience!

The only small suggestion would be to consider adding espresso machines in the rooms for extra convenience. Everything else was perfect—thank you!
