The property was very clean. Food was very good. Staff extremely helpful and pleasant.

This hotel is situated perfectly just a short walk to anywhere you need to be. Hotel is immaculately kept, great food nice breakfast and fair pricing.

What a lovely friendly hotel. We were welcomed warmly and made to feel relaxed and at home straight away. The hotel is clean and fresh, nothing stuffy, modern and bright. Room great , modern bathroom, room safe and small fridge. Plenty of cupboard space and wall mounted TV. Nice small balcony and quiet air con . Pool area relaxed , clean , towels and loungers. We stayed bed and breakfast and ate a couple of nights in the hotel bistro. The meals were probably the best in Dalyan, great choice and value. The staff were professional, friendly, smart. Special mention to Selaok, Dogukan, Ramazan ,Sarah and Mine. The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the main town and there a supermarket opposite. Can’t wait to go back ! Wonderful small hotel in a great location - just a level 5 minute walk to centre of Dalyan. There are lots of restaurants in the area, but it was hard to beat the one at the Dalyance, which had a varied menu and was always busy in the evenings. Loved the cocktails! Rooms are modern, well maintained and spotlessly clean. Air conditioning worked well! Wi-Fi was good. Nice pool area, which was never busy, even though the hotel was full. I think what makes this hotel so special is the staff - they were friendly, approachable and full of advice for what to do during our stay. They checked in with us regularly to make sure everything was ok with our room - nothing was too much trouble. Many of the other guests were regular visitors. We have been to Turkey several times, but it was our first time in Dalyan and it is our favourite Turkish resort so far. The Dalyance was a comfortable and welcoming place to stay - we will definitely be back!

Nothing really. Rooms vary in size. Ours was a little compact, but good enough - would choose a larger one next time.
