GBThe B&B is very well located and there is a free parking nearby, though you might not always find a free spot. The room was clean and comfortable and facilities were available. Good value for money
The place has great character and so does the hostess, who also lives there and can be opinionated. It was a very nice exchange but I would say this is not the ideal stay if one prefers 'silent' service. At times it felt we were guests in someone's house rather than paying clients.
IELocation was excellent, the bed was so comfortable - most comfortable bed we had all trip! The owner was really nice and gave us loads of great tips of places to see!
ITThe owner was very welcoming and clearly shows a passion for her job. Her persona matched the place, which was an old French style. We also liked the location and free parking nearby. The breakfast looked amazing but unfortunately we didn't have time to enjoy it as it started at 8:30. Still, we were given some brioche and coffee to go. The bathroom was clean and spacious.
The room would have been nicer with a window and the refrigerator once plugged in was noisy. We liked everything else.
GBLovely welcome by Federica, giving us refreshments when we arrived (it was a very hot day). She is very unique and has individual style! The room was quirky and ostentatious, however a little cluttered for our liking (couldn’t find many surfaces to put things as there were trinkets/lamps etc everywhere). Breakfast was amazing, a vast spread of buffet style food. We had breakfast early so were first to arrive. Couldn’t connect to the wifi, password didn’t seem to work but didn’t raise this with Federica. Would recommend this place to anyone coming to Desenzano due to its quirky style!
Our room was next to the main road and there seemed to be a constant stream of noisy traffic throughout the night. But other than that, a great find! Just a side note that Desenzano train station (2nd time we’ve arrived by train) there are no taxis there. The walk to this B&B took 45 mins with heavy luggage on wheels, be warned!

AUFederica is a wonderful host who has put her heart and soul into this place. That is so evident! The entire place is like a fairy tale come to life. Each room is themed, and we stayed in the "Wedding Chapel" room! She has incredible warmth, a great sense of humour and is 100% service orientated. The breakfasts were magnificent. So plentiful, so many options and topped off with Federica's incredible baking skills. Her cakes were divine! And she was very helpful with respect to restaurant options and places to go. She loves what she does and it shows!
I suppose if we were to "nit pick", the bathroom is a little small. But overall a first class experience enhanced by a delightful host.
