10/10 excellent little hotel - the lady owner is a legend - so nice, can't do enough for you. Cannot recommend this place enough - a little treasure in Blackpool Highly recommended! Show your support to small Blackpool hotels and book this one now!

"Nice stay with close access to the Pleasure Beach and South Pier."

Excellent location, walking distance to the Pleasure Beach and South Pier. Very nice and friendly couple running the hotel and good value for money.

The shower was very old and didn't have good water pressure - it also went from boiling to freezing with the slightest adjustment. Breakfast was ok, however, some of the cups and cutlery weren't too clean. We also didn't receive a password for the wifi.

This place is a little gem .Fantastic owners .Very friendly .Would go on and beyond for you .Great breakfast lovely comfy beds . Spotless..Can't fault it . Definitely be back .A big THANKYOU 😄
