Both buildings have parking outside however the reception and the breakfast are located in the main building number 77.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. The staff were very helpful. Especially the receptionist, who was extremely helpful in finding out the best way to get to Chichester by public transport.

Cheery breakfast room, good quality menu. Plenty of parking.

The bathroom was very small, one tiny shelf, no room for toiletries. Towel rail above toilet. Definitely needed some TLC. At least paintwork, ( grubby door ) pipe work and shower deep clean but preferably a total refurbishment. Bedroom curtain to the floor, so covered radiator. Had to bunch up on the windowsill to allow heat in. Side lights attached up on the wall with a flex to the plug. Difficult to find switch up there at night.

The property was very clean and beautifully designed. It had everything we needed for a night’s stay and the breakfast was delicious! It even has a gym which if we had stayed longer we would have definitely enjoyed using!

There was nothing that we didn’t like.
