There was air conditioning in the lifts or common areas - this while the outside temperature was 36 -46 degrees - not acceptable that it was so hot in these areas . I complained and nothing was done . That’s why I cancelled the other days booked . Taps in rooms are not cleaned

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The food was delicious, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. A special mention to Akansha and Amaan for their excellent hospitality and support during our breakfast 😍😍. Their kindness and attention to detail made our experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay. Looking forward to visiting again!
