Due to a wedding function at the time of our one night stay, we were unable to use the pool as the area was taken over by the wedding party. This closure was not mentioned to us upon check in, and I am sure other non-wedding guests were also not aware. We had also paid extra for a late check out at 1700 hrs due to an evening flight. On the day of check out, we received two phone calls to the room (1200 and 1500 hrs), asking when we were leaving. This is not acceptable and should not have happened due to extra money being paid at time of check-in.

There was no complementary snacks and beverages provided in the room. Even paid snacks and beverages was not place in the room, even though I was in a suite.
PLA fantastic hotel for families! The kids absolutely loved the pool and the kid-friendly dining options. The staff was warm and accommodating, making the whole trip stress-free for us. We will definitely be back
