Centara Nova Hotel Pattaya

So it was our first time in Thailand and not used to different areas. After 48 hours in Bangkok which the hotel had the Luxury factor, when we arrived in Centara Nova, wasnt sure we had made a mistake but read on….. Main purpose of Pattaya stay to meet up with our daughter/ boyfriend travelling and they had booked Pattaya as Songkran- being young mid 20’s ! So to look at the Hotel does not give a luxurious feel but then I don’t really think anywhere in Pattaya does!….( Weston- super - mare of Thailand!) So many excellent points, beds comfortable, rooms clean, breakfast provides an amazing choice of Thai/ Indian and more westernised buffet. Pool v.warm (as is all water in Thailand . including the sea) . Staff friendly and polite. Good selection of room service food. Reasonably situated but Grab cabs are cheap. ( Grab, Asian version of Uber) Cheap to add extra guests to breakfast buffet. Hotel staff very accommodating with extra guests to pool. Down side of Pattaya, Songkran water festival lasts all week. I could tolerate 48 hrs, but after this the locals continually spraying you with water, not always welcomed. So, don’t judge hotel on its initial looks because Pattaya mainly like this. Underneath is good food, welcoming and helpful staff and a clean room. Not sure about the Thai Star grading of hotels though, a bit inconsistent.

Centara Nova Pattaya is part of the Well Known Centara Group which has High Quality Hotels in many parts of the World. They have two 4 Star Properties in North Pattaya - Centara Pattaya Hotel and Centara Nova Pattaya Hotel. We have stayed in both these Hotels several times and they are our Preferred Hotel Stays when in Pattaya. The Centara Pattaya Hotel is a Much Larger Property with different types of Rooms and is a bit better than the Centara Nova Pattaya which is a Smaller Property with Fewer and a bit Smaller Rooms as well. Both Properties have Large, Beautifully Designed Swimming Pools with a Swim Up Bar in the middle and Centara Nova Pattaya has a Lovely Open Air Jacuzzi as well at one end of the Pool. The Centara Pattaya also has a Nice Sauna Room, which the Nova does not have. Both Hotels have Decent Sized Gyms. The Breakfast at both Hotels is Very Good, but here as well the Centara Pattaya scores a bit higher. Also, the Centara Pattaya has a Very Good Location, while the Nova is not so Conveniently located. The Quality of Beds, Mattresses, Linen and Furnishings in both Hotels is the same and the Service is also good in both. At the same price, I would however prefer the Centara Pattaya for it's Larger Size, Better Location, Slightly Larger Rooms, a Little Better Variety in Breakfast and Sauna.

stayed at Centara Nova Hotel Pattaya and really enjoyed my stay. The hotel feels cozy and relaxing, and the room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Manager Fe she gave excellent service and made me feel very welcome. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel

I had a wonderful stay at Centara Nova Suites & Spa! The location is perfect, with everything easily accessible. The facilities are clean and well-maintained. A special thanks to Fe, the hotel manager, who was incredibly professional and made sure all our requests were met with a warm smile. Her team was equally helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend! Looking forward to returning soon.

I had a truly wonderful stay at CENTARA NOVA HOTEL! From arrival, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially at the front desk who managed our late check-in smoothly. My room was Deluxe Suite room which was spacious, spotless, and the bed was remarkably comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. I particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and the hotel's convenient location within walking distance of major attractions. The overall experience exceeded my expectations, offering excellent value for money. We can't fault it and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area

This hotel has its advantages. The price was good. The rooms are spacious (30 square meters) and clean. The balcony is pleasant. There's a large central pool. HOWEVER, the common areas and the pool area aren't cleaned, and the water isn't very clean. Trash accumulates without being removed; there's even an open bin meant for recycling. Disgusting!

Nice hotel polite and welcoming staff good check in and check out, should request to clean the room otherwise they will clean it late.near by everything 1 kilometer to central festival and beach road. Thanks to fe and her team any inqueries about the attraction was politely answer helpful staff and good english convesation.

Review for Centara Hotel, Pattaya I had a fantastic 14-day holiday at the Centara Hotel in Pattaya. The location was perfect — close to everything yet peaceful enough to relax and unwind. The food was excellent with a wide variety to choose from, and every meal was enjoyable. The staff were absolutely brilliant — friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Very comfortable. Nice amenities. Excellent value! Staff was great! Good location that is relatively close to beach.

Room was a one month 1 bdrm condo rental (20,000 Baht) total cost with electricity to be added after our checkout. Items that were not included are Wi-Fi television, cable, housekeeping, and meals. A washing machine and kitchenettewas provided in suite. Cooking utensils, plates, bowls, were a mishmash of various sorts. No hotel restaurant or shops. Air conditioning was quite comfortable, balcony and room view from the 19th floor was beautiful with sea and city views. The rooftop Infiniti swimming pool on the 44th floor was incredible and face the ocean.
