We travelled on the spur of the moment, and were unable to find accommodation anywhere, maybe due to it being Valentines Day. We called Tin Can Bay Motel, and they had 1 room available. The manager waited up until we arrived at 10.20 pm. She was very welcoming and friendly. Our room was immaculate and beautifully presented. The bed was sooooo comfortable.It is a quiet peaceful location . I would 100% recommend it to anyone.

We had a great stay. The room was clean, beds were very comfortable especially after a day out in the water. It was so nice and quiet to sleep. Was lovely to dip into the pool in the afternoon before having a BBQ. The owner was very professional and hospitable. Will see you again. Thank you very much 😊

"Quiet, tropical and comfortable"

Absolutely loved my visit to Tin Can Bay, and Sandy made it all the better. Very friendly, accommodating, and clear communication. I even left my shoes on during a big trip and was notified straight away. I loved that the motel was in its own nature reserve/nook, with a blue lagoon-like beach at the end of the street! 😍 A huge grassy area for relaxing with a picnic rug and gourmet picnic, plus swimming in a heart-shaped pool, is simply heartwarming! Tin Can Bay is small, but the dolphin feeding IS A MUST, and boat hire is FUN! I preferred this out-of-town accommodation for its quietness, surrounded by nature, under a cool canopy of trees, with little beaches off the street. The room was comfortable, clean, and fitted with an AMAZING bed! Milk bottle made the morning coffee! 10/10, guys! I will be booking on the way back. 🙏

Booked to stay before feeding the dolphins in Tin Can Bay in the morning. Staff were very helpful allowing us to arrange a late check in. Room was very comfortable with cold a/c. Tea, coffee, fresh milk and bathroom products supplied. Would recommend!

Bathroom was perfectly adequate but a little dated with some stains/marks on the shower tray. Apartment very clean throughout though!
