Des enfants dans le spa quand écrit emplacement tranquille pour adulte

L’arrivée a pris 50 minutes, il avaient annulé ma réservation, les enfants ne pouvaient pas se baigner à partir de 21h et ce même si ma fille de 12 ans et tranquille sans déranger et c’est surveiller, les deux soirs ont s’est fait mettre à la porte des bains à 21h. Une panne de courant de plusieurs heure qui a affecté notre temps de baignade, ils ont prolongé les bains pour les adultes mais pas pour les enfants. La recharge pour les véhicules électriques coûtait 35$, rien ne l’indiquait sur le site.

spacious room and great facility. There's a small oven, fridge and a microwave in the room, plates, cups, cutleries. Can fix easy meals in the room. I love the small sauna house on the lake.

If I must pick something. The resting room in the SPA house was very small, I would like it to be bigger and the seats more spaced out.

The location is beautiful, with amazing views, mountains, and nature — definitely a strong point of the hotel.

Unfortunately, we were quite disappointed with the service. After checking in, we expected our room to be cleaned the next day. In the morning, we placed the “please clean the room” sign on the door and went to breakfast (9:30AM) When we returned, nothing had been done — the sign was still hanging, and the room was not cleaned. We left again for a couple of hours, but even when we came back later in the afternoon (around 4 PM), the room was still not serviced. Housekeeping only came around 5 PM, when we were already getting ready to go out for dinner, so it was not possible to let them in. As a result, the room remained unclean — towels were not replaced, and the floor was not refreshed. There was also no evening service. We left the sign again and went out, but returned to the same unclean room. Another issue was very poor sound insulation — you can hear everything: people walking in the hallway, conversations, and even the elevator. The balcony was also dirty, even though the weather was already suitable to enjoy it. It would have been nice to sit there with a coffee in the morning, but it was not pleasant due to its condition. The breakfast was disappointing as well. It costs around $40 per person (before taxes), but the selection was very limited and does not justify the price. The bathrobes were also very thin and did not feel comfortable or high quality, especially considering the overall price of the stay. Overall, I believe the price does not match the quality of service. Short summary: Beautiful location and views, but the service, cleanliness, and value for money did not meet expectations.
