Hotel Holiday

The room we stayed in was good. The breakfast was ok, but there were no hot dishes at all. The staff on the floors and in the restaurant are very friendly. Wi-Fi works well.

The location is inconvenient; this hotel, like the entire town, is not for skiers but for tourists. The hotel staff doesn't provide directions, so I ended up walking with my luggage. The ski room is very-very small, the entrance is from the street, there is no lift to the ski room, boots remain wet. There is no kettle in the room. The hotel management doesn't respond to booking.com inquiries; this is incredibly disrespectful. If they had contacted me, my rating would have been higher.

Παλιός χώρος που δεν ανταποκρίνεται στην ζητούμενη τιμή, φτωχό πρωινό, χωρίς παροχές στα δωμάτια και με το τζάκι σβηστό στο καθιστικό του ξενοδοχείου.

Het personeel het ontbijt en restaurant zijn van hoge kwaliteit. De prijs en kwaliteits verhouding is ook zeer goed. En het hotel is diervriendelijk .

De bar faciliteiten daar zou wel iets aan gedaan kunnen worden vinden wij . De receptioniste is ook het barpersoneel en de bar sluit vroeg, wat wij jammer vonden want het is op zich een leuke gezellige bar. De glasbak onder het balkon is ook wel hinderlijk maar begrijp dat dat een gemeente kwestie is.

Outstanding staff. Oliver and his team especially the staff in the restaurant Elsa, Catarina especially were fantastic. The food was 6 star quality as we stayed over Christmas and the menus were amazing and exquisite presentation. We would highly recommend this hotel.

There are no negatives re this wonderful hotel.
