A perfect place to relax with the ultimate view after a day of touring Tuscany. The accommodations were comfortable. We ate dinners there three evenings and food and wine were excellent. The friendly cats were a treat. The black cat looks like it enjoys Tuscan foods and isn’t shy about it.

A true gem among the wineyards, with the best view to San Gimignano, without any doubt. The route to the accomodation is a bit tricky, but worth it. Great swimming pool. We wanted to try the great home-made dinner, but it is only held if at least 8 people join. If there is no dinner, I recommend you to take some food with you for the evening there.

The buildings and grounds are beautiful!

Very nice location in the middle of a winetard and olivetrees plantation, with view on San Gimigniano. We were offered a wine tasting and a dinner. We went for the dinner and we enjoyed everything. Breakfast was served on the terrace outside in a pleasant and calm atmosphere. Very nice and large room in a building next to the main one. A pool was available but unfortunately we had no tine to try it out.

Es waren drei wunderbare Tage hier! Wir haben uns jeden Abend zum Menü angemeldet, das wir dann auf der Terrasse bei Bilderbuchaussicht auf San Gimignano genossen haben. Das Essen und der hauseigene Wein waren fantastisch. Wir haben schon viele Reisen in Italien unternommen und diese Unterkunft gehört mit zu den schönsten, in denen wir übernachtet haben. Die Lage ist einfach unschlagbar. Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer, das wunderschön und völlig ausreichend gewesen ist. Alles super sauber. Das Haus, die Einrichtung - alles authentisch! Toskana eben! Vielen lieben Dank für die tollen Tage und die Herzlichkeit!

Such a unique and relaxing place! Its a couple km from town, but as long as you have a car this is such a value! The location is amazing...right in the Tuscany countryside...so very very genuine and authentically rustic. Management and staff are also great! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

A great view from the window of the surroundings and a well-kept area were the only beautiful things about this place.

Very bad experience!!! The worst thing was that we were made to pay for wine that we had not taken. The staff spoke in a raised tone and only in Italian, showing the empty bottles of another customer, they were added to our bill! Very bad experience! Especially from the staff. We were not offered any possibility to have dinner, even though we saw that an event with dinner was organized in the restaurant. We hoped that at least they would offer some possibility of at least bread with some snacks. Breakfast offer is very poor, one tomato cut and 5 slices of cheese or sausage for 20 people, hoping that it is enough. We were in the season when vegetables are enough. We do not recommend this place to anyone. Bad directions on how to enter this villa and a bad driveway.
