The location has a perfect view of the countryside. Large grounds. Nice accommodations with kitchenette. Food was typical Tuscan dishes, and nice wine. Staff was helpful.

Some road noise at times.

Time passes very quickly.

We were really pleased with our stay here. We booked the room mainly for the views, and it did not disappoint! From just about every spot on the property you have a stunning view of the nearby town of San Gimignano, and the surrounding countryside is spectacular too. We spent the majority of the time sitting outside enjoying the view with a bottle of wine that you can buy at the front desk. The pool was really nice (note, it is not heated). Breakfast was good and was served on the cute outdoor patio. They also offer a 4 course dinner for an additional price, but you need to let them know that day if you plan to attend so they can make the correct amount. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was great, just a few minute's drive to the town and not too far from main roads that lead to other areas of Tuscany. The property and facilities could be considered a little rustic to some, but everything was clean, everything worked really well (including the air conditioning!), and we thought it was extremely charming. It definitely fulfilled the Tuscan countryside dream I had!

The bed was a bit hard for my preference, and the shower was really small, but these weren't deal breakers (the shower did have great water pressure). We booked the triple room, and from what I can tell on the website, it's the only one, but the pictures didn't match reality. The pictures showed a one-level room (bed, sofa, tables all on one level), but ours had a loft where the bed was. The difference didn't bother me (it was actually kind of nice having the bed separate), but the ceiling on the loft was extremely low. So low that you literally have to bend over in half to get to the other side of the bed. Again, not a deal breaker, but something to think about if you want to book that specific room. Also, the road/driveway to the agriturismo is a little rough, so be prepared for that if you are renting a car.
