Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa, bardzo czysto, najlepsza lokalizacja, bardzo smaczne jedzenie.

Jedynie co to kanały tv. Dzieci chcieli więcej bajek. Ale było TVP ABC i starczyło.

Hotel w pełni spełnił moje oczekiwania. Lokalizacja super,blisko galeria,palmiarnia i niedaleko ul.Piotrkowska. Pokój czysty,dość duży z klimatyzacją, herbata, kawa z czajnikiem i woda butelkowa . Najbardziej urzekł mnie taras na 5 piętrze ( gdzie można palic) z pięknym widokiem i windą, którą można zjechać prosto na basen. Śniadanie pyszna, różnorodne, świeże ( 6 ciepłych dań). Na pewno każdy, nawet wybredny gość wybrałby coś dla siebie. Basen super,nieograniczony dostęp do chyba 6 różnych saun ( dostępne ręczniki na basenie i szlafroki e pokojach). Jak będę jeszcze raz w Łodzi to na pewno w tymi hotelu i polecę go każdemu.
