A cause d'un bug sur la plate-forme hotels.com, j'ai eu 2 réservations d'hôtels pour la meme nuit dont Ace hôtel. Aucune négociation possible avec l'hôtel ni le siege de cette chaîne d'hôtel qui n'ont pas le sens de la relation client. Juste des pompes a fric. Cest lamentable comme mentalité apres le nombre nuits que je passe dans les hôtels dont leur chaine. Je les raye de mes tournées. Et jai bien communiqué mon ressenti a mes alter ego commerciaux.
