Personnel très accueillant et chambre magnifique avec une vue spectaculaire.

Hotel has one of the best views one can see, with the lake and the Alps behind it. Garden was spacious and beautiful, with nice seating areas to enjoy the place. The receptionist on our arrival day was the friendliest we've ever seen (special thanks to her!). The rest of the team was also kind and helpful. Breakfast was very good. We also had dinner one day - the food and wine were equally good.

Room was too warm, making it hard to sleep. Flower pots in the balcony were blocking the lake view when sitting. While booking I noted that we were visiting to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary - a small gesture (a note or a small chocolate etc.) could have gone a long way.

Nice view to the Lake and quiet location

I was not allowed to use a meeting room for a 1 hour Live Call and they did not give me any options. I did it on the balcony but there is no light at all. I was in a separate Building and nobody was there - feels very run down and spuky place with old red carpets and a scary old elevator from the 60ties. On the terrasse on 2 days they told me to leave for a fotoshoot. They insisted in 11 AM checkout instead of 12:00 even the Hotel was almost empty. In the middle of the night a robot is mowing the grass infront of my room and it is scary if you dont know what it is. They dont really care about the client.

Die Aussicht von unserem Balkon war einfach atemberaubend. Auch das Zimmer war gemütlich das Frühstücksbuffet hatte alles, was man braucht.
