Property Notes

Cathedral is undergoing refurbishments work at the rear of the hotel. Works may take place from 08:30 to 17:00 Monday to Friday. Due to the nature of the building, there are quite a lot of stairs. The hotel is in a central location in the pedestrianized city center, however, guests are welcome to drive to the hotel's front door for unloading prior to parking. Parking vouchers for the public car park cost GBP 13 for 24-hours parking. Baby cots are provided upon request only. They are not guaranteed until confirmed by the hotel. Please note all our rooms are nonsmoking this also includes the use of e-cigarettes. A deposit may be required at the property.

Literally next to Cathedral entalrance. Old building and quirky layout. Great view of Cathedral from rear. Lovely staff. Nice breakfast. Good value given location.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel is right in the heart of Canterbury, which is amazing. The room that I stayed in was nice and cosy, and the breakfast options provided by the hotel were lovely.

There wasn't anything that I didn't like, about the hotel
