STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL! We arrived here with our kids in the evening. There was nobody present at the "night window," and outside the property was an unattended car with all doors open, large and loud groups partying, homeless people... we did not feel it was a safe place. We immediately contacted Expedia and told them we would try to get a room at the neighboring hotel (which turned out to be 100% safe and so much better despite only a slight price difference), and got our first night refunded by them. Expedia said they would contact the owners of the hotel to get the rest of our money back. Three days later, we get a message from Expedia stating that the owners are completely unresponsive, which means they are unable to get us refunded.

Bathroom dirty (bathtub filthy), Bedroom dirty (bed sheets, floor), no mirror, bathroom sink piping exposed, tiny TV, unsafe room / environment.

Room was disgusting filthy. Blac mold spots on the ceiling. Room smell of smoke. I did not stay. Girl at desk Said ok I can get refund and she handed me the folio but said I had to call booking com and they will ok fund return. Hotel should be condemned.

The property was disgusting. The walls were stained. The shower was used and not cleaned no towels old chair. The blankets were stained. It was horrible.

The whole hotel is nasty as hell nasty dirty I just don't understand how that hotel is still running they do not keep it up at all it's so horrible u would barely want to stay 1 night everything is bootleg who ever is the maintenance person he doesn't know how to fix anything he just fixes things as he fills fit not in the proper way it's really horrible disgusting all the money that hotel makes they could have been been fixed that hotel but they rather leave it in a horrible condition and it's sad ASF that hotel needs to be condemned and shut down it's not in liveable condition
