Wow! This boutique hotel is so well decorated, you feel like you are in a little oasis. The staff is so attentive, helped us book excursions and taxis. Delicious complementary breakfast. We visited San Miguel de Allende to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary and had a wonderful stay at Casa Schuck. Alejandra, Jorge, and all of the staff went out of their way to make sure our stay was memorable--even messaging me before arrival to see if we needed help with reservations or other details. They made us feel at home. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, with lovely outdoor areas, uniquely decorated rooms, and a small, but charming swimming pool. It is a short walk downhill to the Jardin Allende and all of the sites, dining, and shopping in town, but far enough away to feel peaceful. We would definitely return to Casa Schuck!

Five stars are not enough! We cannot say enough good things about Casa Schuck! The customer service begins as soon as you book and doesn’t end until you have to leave. Our car transport and excursions were booked through the hotel with their recommendations. Every room is clean and beautiful in their own unique way. The views are simply amazing. The courtyard is so quiet and peaceful and you feel like you are staying at someone’s house with the personal attention that is received. Every morning, a delicious home-cooked breakfast is made special for you. The food was outstanding! We felt like a member of the family by the time we left. This is the only place we would stay in San Miguel de Allende!

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Schuck in San Miguel immensely. Our room was beautifully decorated, lots of space, lovely terrace to relax on, watch the sun set or read a book. The breakfasts, included in the stay, are delicious in the beautiful courtyard of this small hotel. So many great options to fuel your day of walking those hills! The hotel is immaculate, and the staff are all so lovely and welcoming. They go all out to help, making recommendations for restaurants and activities, setting up airport transfers, anything you need. We really enjoyed meeting Alejandra, Gabriel and Jorge. As soon as we made our reservation, a few months in advance, they reached out and helped us plan a great vacation, activities we wanted to do. All of the staff made our stay really special. If you are visiting San Miguel and want the boutique hotel experience, Casa Schuck is not to be missed!

This place is absolutely fabulous. We came for three nights, and stayed an extra two nights because we liked it so much. The rooms are comfortable and beautifully decorated. The courtyard and rooftop Terrace are beautiful. The breakfast is very good. The staff and service are exceptional. We’ve traveled a lot, all over the world, and this is one of our new favorite spots. A real gem.

We had a lovely stay at Casa Schuck during our first visit to San Miguel Allende. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The building and courtyard are beautiful. Service was excellent—friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the views from different shared spaces as well as our own balcony. Breakfast was good. Staff provided helpful advice about local attractions and eateries. The location was wonderful for views and walkability to the center. We would certainly return.

What a fabulous place. Beautiful, peaceful. Like living in a work of art. Gardens, rooftop, pool. Everything calm and wonderful to be with. Delicious cooked to order breakfast every morning in the garden. Wonderful comfortable room with everything you need. Pool just the right temperature. Most importantly, a big shout out to Jorges. Alexandria and Gabriel for their warmth, knowledge and help with cabs and dinner reservations and general guidance on the area. And making us feel so welcome…like we were coming home after going out exploring.

Casa Schuck is amazing. The staff, the property, and the rooms are fantastic. The pictures do not do it justice! However, what really makes this hotel so special are the staff. Alejandra, Gabriel and Jorge are great. Anything you needed they were there to help. It was my son's birthday, so Alejandra arranged a birthday cake and decorations for when we arrived. I really appreciate the extra customer service everyone provided. We are already planning our next visit !
