"Never going to book this place again."

Location was good

The ventilation/heating system is very poor. I asked them can we please open the window as the room was so heated. They said they gonna send someone. After asking 2-3 times they send someone. But it didn’t work. Couldn’t sleep at night or day as it was too warm. The staff behavior was not very good. The man sitting in the reception behaved as if he is very annoyed.

Staff.were.very pleasant. Clean bed sheets. Spacious rooms. Lovely reception area. Kitchen facilities. Fine decor. Fairly close to city centre.

No lockable lockers in room.

"1 night stay in a female dorm"

Very comfy bed and lovely duvet. Extremely clean space and easy to use cupboard for things to be kept away. Privacy curtain made bed space feel even more cosy. Very friendly and accommodating staff Definitely be back again was a wonderful stay wish id been there longer

Only thing that would of made my stay better would have been getting into my room earlier than 3pm as all I wanted to do was put bags away and leave again. Staff did offer to keep them for me but said id have to be back at 3 to move them to my room and I wouldn't be able to do that so just waited around. I suggest maybe have an optional pay upgrade to check in earlier. As I wouldn't of minded if other beds or bathrooms still needed cleaning while there

"Good Place, nice people."

Easy to get to from the Airport, nice cafes, pubs and Restaurants close by, close to the Utilita Arena.
