Singha Montra Lanna Boutique Style Hotel

I had a wonderful stay at Singha Montra Hotel. The staff truly made the experience exceptional. They were incredibly courteous, always available, and consistently cheerful. They were not only helpful but also genuinely warm and happy to chat, which added a very personal touch to the stay. The rooms were impressively spacious, honestly much bigger than expected, giving a real sense of comfort and luxury. One of the highlights was the in-room jacuzzi, which was absolutely brilliant and made the stay even more relaxing. The only minor downside was a lack of some practical amenities. A few additions like hanging hooks or a floor rack for bath towels in the bathroom would be very helpful, and there was not much space or provision for keeping clothes. Aside from that small detail, I have no complaints at all. Overall, a fantastic stay with outstanding service and comfort.

The staff really tried.

An older establishment in need of serious maintenance. The outdoor spa had not been cleaned before our arrival. That didn't seem to worry the pigeons who thought it was put there for them.

Size of room. Breakfast was great. Staff were very accommodating.

Rooms in need of maintenance. Advertise Netflix available. But you have to use your own account? If you do not have an account, no Netflix. Is that not misleading advertising?? Outside spa in need of cleaning when we arrived... Shower accessed via balcony. What happens when it rains??? No hooks in the shower room.

Emplacement calme, personnel très accueillant, espace repas qui appelle à la réflexion. Chambre de très grande taille et de grand confort.

Die Unterkunft war für unseren kurzen zwischen Stopp in chiang mai perfekt. Sie liegt nah am Flughafen, 7 Eleven ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Einige Tempel sind fußläufig erreichbar alles weitere konnten wir mit unserem scooter auch super erreichen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und die hotel Anlage ruhig, klein und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Das Frühstück ist klein aber war für uns total ausreichend. Wir durften sogar nach dem Check out unser Gepäck für eine weitere nacht im Hotel lassen, da wir mit dem Scooter für eine Nacht in die Berge gefahren sind, ein großes Dankeschön dafür!! :)
