Location was ok

We couldn't shower for 2 nights out of the 3, couldn't use the tap or toilet either as there was no water at all. We booked two single beds, arrived to a double despite booking a month in advance and they only notified us of this hours upon arrival. We tried calling the staff on their emergency contact number each night endless times with no answer. The receptionist was very rude to us when we made a complaint.

Lucia is incredibly friendly and give you tips to where to go and how to get there! She also organised our pick up and drop off to the airport and our car rental during our stay! Air conditioning was great too! Rooms were great size and bed is comfy.

I think the shower heads could be cleaner, but the rooms do get cleaned daily which is good!

If you're looking for an unpretentious accommodation and your main reason is exploring the island and relaxing on the beach, this could be it. Location is in a quiet area overlooking the Chapel of Panagia Katefiani (I recommend a hike there), 5 minutes walk to a beautiful beach and square with bus stop (close to lots of restaurants and shops - 1 st Market). Possibility to park the car on the street. Air conditioning worked without problems, towel change every day, at check in the lady gave us information about the island. Nice swimming pool with sun loungers.On main street is very good bar - BOEM.

We had to pay some additional tax even though the booking confirmation said that all taxes were included in the price. Of course without any receipt from the cash register. The apartment including the bathroom had no window and the bathroom was running with salt water - you have to wash your teeth with mineral water. The cosmetics in the bathroom were three years past their expiration date (E.D. = expire date). Dirty bed linen - there were yellow stains on it. Problem with the fridge - could not regulate the temperature, this was addressed with the staff.

Lucia is extremely helpful and a great host. She gave us very good information about Santorini and places to explore. Always very helpful and very kind. I would absolutely recommend for location and generous hospitality.

Lucia Villas is a wonderful place to feel totally relaxed and at home in. It has a very friendly atmosphere and it's host, Lucia, makes sure that her guests feel very welcomed , comfortable and very well cared for. My accommodation was clean, tastefully furnished and well equipped with a lovely view from the small terrace onto the nearby mountain and sea. The location is quiet yet in short walking distance to the small beach and taverna's. I can highly recommend the villa as a happy, peaceful holiday place !!

due to an error on the booking.com site, I accidentally booked 4 nights here. i called booking.com immediately, they immediately contacted the hotel, and the hotel refused to refund the charges. I would understand if they had held the room for some time and had lost other business, but this all transpired within 30 minutes. Incidentally, after hours on the phone with booking.com, they are also not yet resolving the charges. beware
