El personal es super amable y atento. El lugar esta en excelente ubicaci贸n, tienes Plaza palma ahi mismo y un Krispy kreme 24 hrs.

Est谩 en una ubicaci贸n perfecta, el hotel est谩 muy bonito y la alberca lo mejor

Fueron a realizar limpieza y no nos dejaron toallas, cuando pedimos incluidas las peque帽as(que no nos hab铆an dejado desde un inicio) la se帽orita de recepci贸n se mostr贸 con mala actitud y al final nos llevaron toallas viejas y las de cuerpo eran de baja calidad comparadas con las que nos hab铆an dejado al inicio de nuestra estancia. En general algunos del personal no ten铆an la mejor actitud.
