I liked the indoor pool & jacuzzi. Although I did not use them, my daughter and her friends enjoyed these amenities the most.

I was uncomfortable my entire stay because of the lack of cleanliness and outdated aspects of our space. The place had an odd, stale smell. I immediately went to the Dollar General up the street to grab cleanling products because I could tell it was not a clean space. The carpets were stale/crunchy and stained. There were stains on walls, in the shower areas, on the doors, on the shower curtains. There were bugs in the main bathroom. I did not use the main restroom at all, only left all of the used towels in that bathroom. It was extremely dusty and stuffy and I didn't even bother stepping foot on the patio. I was not aware that the couch was a pull out bed. Thank GOD we didn't need it, my kids pulled it out and the sheets were dirty with red stains on them. DISGUSTING!! It was my daughters birthday trip so I did not complain and did not want to visibly be upset, they enjoyed the pool amenities. Although the place was spacious (a plus), it meant nothing as it's extremely disappointing that the stay couldn't be enjoyed due to discomfort. And the cleaning that was needed was beyond being able to mention it to management and they come in and quickly clean. You can tell this space is NEVER deep cleaned. The vents were full of durt and dust. I planned to cook atleast one night of the stay. I did not even use the ktichen or those amenities because of the lack of cleanliness of this space. Please do better. I booked well in advance, you all need to do a better job of preparing the space for your guests before they arrive. The check-in guy with glasses was extremely rude as well. I was not aware that a hold on my card would be placed. I simply wanted more information about it and shared that I did not receive that piece of detail when or after booking.

Location

Cleanliness could have been better. Dead bugs on the sides of the blinds, tv stands had a lot of dust as well as furniture they were sitting on, dead gnats on bathroom sink counters as well as dried soap scum. All of the round chairs had stains in them. Blind in master does not close. You have to manually close each blind or run your hand up or down them to close it. No pool towels were in the room but I was able to get them from the office. The dryer took a long time to dry. But in spite of that, I would still stay again

The pool area/tennis courts were enjoyable

Unit 79, the master bath sink has a very slow drain so water just sits in the sink and the toilet you have to hold down(literally) to flush. Also you have to go to the front desk to get trash bags, they’re not any extra in unit.
