Xperia Grand Bali Hotel - All Inclusive

За небольшую доплату нам предложили номер категории выше. Понравилась чистота. У нас в номере убирали каждый день. Хорошие матрасы и есть подушечное "меню" где можно выбрать подушки. Очень отзывчивый персонал на ресепшен. Понравилось меню на гриле, было вкусно. Понравислось выступление музыкальной группы "Шаман".

Хотелось бы больше разнообразного питания и больше и качественнее асортимент сладостей. Развлекательную программу хотелось бы сделать лучше и интересней.

Compliments for some of the hotel staff

Dirty restaurant with same food every day. Cats in restaurant and kitchen, many of them. Juices that are presented as natural are chemistry from a sachet. Dirty room, mold. Only location is good, everything else is for 1 star.

Extremely happy about my all inclusive holidays in Xperia for 10 nights. I travelled with family and for me was important a lot of things for comfy staying with my 15 months kid. First of all I was looking for location of hotel. So it’s located very close to the city centre and get to the nearest beach takes around 7 minutes by walking. I met all my expectations: beautiful view from the balcony, room was airy, quiet, comfy, air con not noisy, big wardrobe with hungers and shelves, electric kettle in the room. You can find there soap, shampoo, hair conditioner, small hairbrush, slippers, shoe polish etc - I’d say all what you need for comfy staying. Cleaning stuff, waiters, kitchen team, receptionists was friendly and made the stay at the hotel more pleasant. There 1 outdoor jacuzzi and 1 swimming pool boarded with kids section pool, pool sun beds, umbrellas, rest areas with huge outdoor pillows to lie down on. Tasty food, soup, variety of salads, meat etc, especially delicious cakes and Turkish baklava. My last day I tried red and white wine and it was super balanced about sugar, taste and aroma, I didn’t expect that it would be so tasty , in other way I’d have it every day ))) Also there was opportunity to attend evenings events like Turkish nights or disco etc in the another Experia hotel which located around 15 minutes by walking, but I never had chance to get there because of sleeping time of my kid. But I’m sure it’s not a big deal for other people to make nice evening walk one side and back ))

The beach sun beds and umbrella it’s service with extra charge, but there some discount for hotel guests. But almost all hotels in this area have same system so nothing to do about it.

1. Reception and arrivals - no understanding of the basic needs of a guest and no empathy! (I arrived around 21:30, was tired after the whole day on my way there. A person at the reception tried to speak to me my native language despite me speaking English well enough, so I had to waste my energy trying to understand him speak my native language very poorly and to reply to him very slowly and in most simple words so that he could understand. Why not speaking English? It's far more convenient for all.) - a person at the reception didn't give me the hotel wristband (In the morning at breakfast the personnel of the "restaurant" asked me to prove with wristband that I'm a guest of the hotel) - noone conducted me to the room to show where it is located - no information on hotel services and facilities upon arrival (- Where is the beach? - It's 900 meters out there? - 900 meters in which direction?) - sunbed and umbrella are not included into hotel fee and are charged additionally at the beach - the hotel doesn't have its own beach, the beach is public which means dirty - cigarette butt are everywhere in the sand - no beach towels provided by the hotel 2. Restaurant and meals - very rigid and scarce choice of food - at breakfast no fruit except apples - dirty tablecloths - dirty tableware - extremely small and inconvenient hall 3. Wi-Fi - unstable network - open network which means one cannot connect from corporate laptop if needs to stay in touch for work - weak connection even in the room and in the lobby - no connection in the "restaurant" 4. Room - no hand soap in dispenser in the bathroom - lack of toilet paper - no upper main light in the room 5. Swimming pool - dirty and broken sunbeds at the swimming pool - water is not clean - extremely small, for 10 people maximum

Hotellet ligger nära Kleopatra strandet och nära centrum. Personalen är trevlig, speciellt Yunus bay på receptionen.

Maten var inte den bästa, samma maträtter repeterades gång per gång. Frågade efter vitvin på baren, det serverades i plastiska glass och glasen var inte rena.
