Love the Pool and courtyard, The mattresses and the sofa bed need replacement and the carpet, There were some cockroaches in the room and that is a big no no for me

The carpet in the hall way is buckled could cause someone to trip. Our bathroom looked as if it has had water damage there was rust on the door frame and the wallpaper was bubbles. The pool was not clean and had looked like it had not been done for at least a week. The toilet handle in our room was broke and the ac did not work properly

Our room was very nice and had a lovely balcony with a view of the pool. The pool was large and felt more like a resort property pool. There was a nice hot tub, a few kid friendly slides, a grotto area, and several fire pit areas.

Huge disappointment this year. Dirtiest pool I have ever been in. We had grandkids so could not avoid it, as that was the purpose of our trip! Lazy river not functional. Apparently skimmers were not either. I found a net to clean huge crickets & water bugs out. The maintenance man came & scooped for 5 minutes, put the net away & left. Pool was not cleaned AT ALL the rest of our time there. Awful & what a shame to not take better care of a gorgeous area. Should have informed guest that pool was broken when reservation was made. Expand pics - that is all dirt & bugs & grime in pool. Hot tub - wouldn’t touch with a 10-foot pole. Nasty!
