"Weekend trip"

My girlfriend I had a great time exploring Fredericksburg. The hotel was convenient very friendly service nice and clean. Pool was great. Looking forward to going to game with the kids.

Hotel inside is pretty good . The outside however was dirty. Pool was very dirty needed some heavey cleaning lots of debris and kids even found a dead bird in the pool. Cushions on balconies were very worn and ripped. Both rooms we had had problems with keys and no one on site to fix at night. Sad because everything else was very nice.

"Comfortable and good value for area"

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Outdoor pool area is very nice but unfortunately air temp kept us out of the water. We did sit by the pool to enjoy the space tho. We appreciated housekeeping cleaning our room after first night. That is becoming more rare all of the time. I also appreciated that front desk staff ( Mary) called to check in with us when we had not arrived by 10 pm. Breakfast offered two egg options, biscuits & gravy, and two meat choices both days. Other standard breakfast items as well. A good stay with friendly staff. We will be back.

"Stay away!!! "

Horrible! Roach in the shower and dead roaches under the sink. Spider webs in room. Toilet was coming off the seal. Food was awful.

The toilet in our room had a large crack in the base. The drapes to the balcony were torn and one of the chairs on the balcony was so worn that the stuffing was coming out!
