Strong wifi

-Omelet order takes forever during breakfast, including fruit top up -very narrow room for family room, TV screen greyish, old screen need to replace -No qiblat direction at ceiling for shalat -Parking across big street, car need to round when come or go

Near to the city center, the breakfast is good enough

The parking lot is really terrible, need to set a valet parking service or create new parking lot next to the hotel. Recently the guest must cross the street to park the car.

The location is okay not far away from stations. The staff also friendly

1. The room was dirty. The floor so dusty and many hairs. One bed looks like not changes yet. 2. The room was without mineral water. Only water cooker and 2 glasses + coffee and tea. But we got charge for mineral water. Actually the mineral water I bring by my self. Not from the hotel. I suggest you.. If really mineral water is not part of room service / minibar.. Than should be free. And if really minibar.. Please put note that is part of minibar. Anyway I got refund for the mineral Water charges. Thx 3. The dustbin in the bathroom so ugly and rusty.. Unfortunately they didn't put plastics bags to cover it. 4. I ask wake up call on 5.30 but no one call to the room.. And 05.55 the phone is ringing but no one talk with me.. Only ring 3 times.. And stoped 5. I ask extra pillow.. But unfortunately the cutton is out of the case... Please do. Something better for your success in the future.

Room and bathroom is too small for family

I paid for 2 rooms, in one room there is no towel. In other room the towel is had to change because its too old. Parking area is accross the hotel you should pay for mineral water in your room or you can get the mineral water from dispenser outside. No tissue,
