Tout le personnel est souriant polis et très sympathique de l’accueil au service de chambre Proche du prado et métro Chambre et salle de bain spacieuse Hôtel très calme et propre

Lit pour 1 personne vraiment très petit ont dirait un lit pour ado Il n’y a pas de stores ou volets aux fenêtres et les doubles rideaux sont pas asser grand, du coup la lumière pénètre très tôt dans la chambre ça réveille très très top dommage

Отель находится рядом со станцией метро, удобно добираться от ЖД вокзала, номер комфортный , кондиционер работает прекрасно, это очень важно. Завтраки достойные отеля трёх звёзд , голодными вы точно не уйдете, спасибо оперативности сотрудника ,,который в 7 утра помог мне собрать завтрак, потому что я хотела взять с собой на соревнования, мы приехали на Le Defi de Monte Cristo. В целом мы довольны пребыванием отеля, все устроено в номере очень комфортно. Мы жили в номере 215. Отель заблокировал до отъезда 150 евро, после отъезда эти деньги возвращаются, но банк их обрабатывает 35 дней . Фото из окна номера на гору прилагаю

Нет такого. Но было бы здорово, если бы были зонты в отеле . Потому что мы приехали в дождь и хотели идти гулять , но зонтов не было ни у нас , ни в отеле.

Emplacement

Personnel agressif, aucune compréhension, se couvrent entre eux , Clim en panne il faisait 26degres dans la chambre et la seule solution qu’ils nous on proposé est de prendre la seule chambre de libre qui a des pubaises de lits et qu’ils n’ont pas encore pu traiter

La posizione ottimale e la disponibilità dello staff a trovare la miglior soluzione per la sistemazione anche di persone anziane. La possibilità di parcheggiare in garage della struttura (non troppo costoso)
