Excellent location right by the beach and near the town. Allocated parking for each room

there is no lift. Have to carry luggage up the stairs

"Would definitely stay there again."

Although an older building we were impressed with how neat and tidy it was. Great location and pricing was good. Air conditioning and shower pressure was excellent plus pedestal fans in the bedroom.

Arched carpark does not really fit 4wd cars.

"Great location in a no frills venue."

Fantastic location, can’t beat waking up to the ocean right there.

Very basic accomodation however comfortable. Very basic kitchen items. Needs side tables near the sofa, as you end up putting your tea or drink on the floor. Bit tatty; needs painting and cleaning on the backs of the doors. Lots of scuff marks in main bedroom. Would be ideal to switch the sofa and tv around so you can sit and look at The Pass instead of the aircon unit and car park.
