Location to the beach

We stayed here about 10 years ago in a studio. We just stayed in a 2 bedroom unit that has the same size appliances as the studio ! The Village is in need of updating!! The efficiency size counter, sink, stove/oven were barely conducive for cooking for two people. The bathroom sinks height was to my mid thigh and I am 5'8". The toilets should be raised height. It is an older condo for sure with abundant mold on the exterior roofs. It is a quaint "village " that needs some improvements.

Loved how close it is to the beach; just a 5 minute walk and the proximity to shopping and excursions. Didn’t like how wore out and dated the unit and furnishings were. Bed was very hard so didn’t get much sleep for a week, couch was wore out. However the unit had everything we needed for our stay.
