Panorama Vacation Retreat at Horsethief Lodge

Room was clean and had everything we needed. Underground parking. Easy check-in.

Our unit had excellent location across from hot tub. 2 bed 2 bath. Bedrooms on upper floor so nice separation from living room. Overall great condition. Stocked amenities. New appliances. Parking was difficult as the parkade has a very low roof and we needed to find parking outside despite our vehicle normally fitting in any other garages. Long trek with luggage was definitely a struggle. There’s outside stairs to get to unit, more stairs up to kitchen/living room then another flight to bedrooms. So not a good option for those with mobility concerns. Overall it was the best, most updated accommodation we’ve had at horse thief over 3 trips and I would book again.

The kitchen was well equipped. Plus, our unit was close enough to the transportation lift to make mountain access easy.

The lighting could be better, particularly in the living area, but overall was no big problem.

Ski it Ski out was awesome

Floors were cold. Parking was confussing.

The unit (620) was close to the Toby Creek chair lift. The kitchen was well equipped. The unit was spacious even for 4 people. Staff were responsive and dropped off extra blankets right away.

The units over the garage are very cold and drafty. The floor was freezing. It was also quite dark inside and the lightbulbs are all different temperatures ranging from blues to yellows. The heat was very very loud and was off and on all night so that if you were sleeping on the pull out couch it would wake you up repeatedly. The pull out couch was incredibly uncomfortable. I wish we'd been offered a warm and bright upstairs room. I think we would have had a very different experience.
