Property Notes

"There will be exterior construction at the resort from June 15- September 15. Guest units will not be impacted by this construction, however, there will be noise during the daytime hours." There will be ongoing construction at our resort beginning April 13 and ending on August 31. Construction will be seven days a week from 8am-4pm. During these hours, you can expect construction noise, and certain amenities may be affected temporarily during this time period. Please contact the resort prior to your stay for additional information. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Older unit in stunning surroundings!"

The development of which my studio unit was a part is very, very large. My studio unit was clean, well laid out, and had amenities like a wood burning fireplace, BBQ and private patio, full kitchen with good quality dishes and linens, and nice furniture in good shape. The unit itself was in one of the older buildings and rather dark inside facing away from the sun and being on the lowest level. It featured underground parking immediately under the unit. The bathroom was small but clean and adequate. The only thing I did not like was the hard bed, which though in the down position is a Murphy bed that folds into the wall. The entire unit is 20 minutes from Invermere and 30 minutes from Radium, up a paved mountain road with many turns. The scenery leading to the development is spectacular and the landscaping around the units is beautiful. Some units in the development are far newer and nicer but are privately owned. The entire development is rather isolated but there are tours and many nature adventures to be had nearby.

The property was in a beautiful location in the mountains, very quiet and relaxing. It was nice to have a hot tub just a few steps away. We were not informed that most places to eat would be closed for the season. There was also an “amenity fee” charged at the end of our stay that we were not aware of.

Scenery

Scheduled power outage lasted longer than expected. BBQ was a mess. Fuse to fridge/freezer had been flipped off. Both were room temp when we arrived with frozen food and items that required refrigeration. Travelled with a friend who has mobility issues. Not the place to be with someone who has difficulty with stairs and uneven ground.

Well equipped and clean

Unfortunately our stay was affected but electric outage so couldn’t enjoy to full potential. No access to pools hot tub etc. and fridge off spoiling food.
