Big Splash Adventure Indoor Water Park & Resort

Very polite staff, nice atmosphere, slept well, clean room, comfortable beds.

We visited Wilstem Ranch then stayed at the Big Splash which was great for the kids. Hotel is very nice and clean. The hotel management accommodated us earlier than our 4 pm check in time which we really appreciated.

Excellent customer service! Christine at the front desk was very efficient and professional.

Had a blast, was a last minute trip for the kids. Was a little upset that the room did not include the water park, but it was only a few dollars more. The water park is well taken care of, and lots of staff on hand to keep it that way.

It was a great time. We took our granddaughters ages 6 and nine. French Lick has plenty to do.

Kids had a great time

Plumbing problems. The lavatory faucet dripped constantly and the tub drained very very slowly. It was noisy being in a room near the pool.

Rooms could use some updating. Some stains on carpets.

Even if we didn't use the Adventure Park, our stay was very nice. Excellent hotel for families with kids, good food and accommodation. We will recommend warmly.

We loved how it was so close to the downtown and the Hot Breakfast was so nice.
