Sea and Breeze Hotel and Condo

Location was good walk to everything.

Parking is tight in the spaces hard to get in and out of car have to watch doors

The convenience of being near the beach

The floors were icky and could tell it had not been swept or mopped. And there was dried blood on the bathroom door. It seemed very unsanitary. Also, the parking was terrible! Tiny spaces that you literally had to squeeze in and most people didn't know how to park right.

Great location to main beach, pier, shopping, restaurants.

Outside appearance could use some updating. Old elevator and pool area.

How close to the beach

Our ac wasn’t that cold and the toilet valve kept making noises all night. The beds weren’t the most comfortable

Building is old and very run down

The location is great, the staff is amazing, good value as well.

This property does have some limitations that they have to deal with. Mainly with parking, it is extremely tight. Also, in our room this last time the shower pressure was non-existent, though this is the only room we've had that issue in before.
