The unit was fully furnished with a kitchenette. There was a barbeque machine available for use.

The swimming pool isn't within the same premise but it's a separate facility nearby at a walkable distance from the unit. Since we had a 3 year old kid, it was mandated that a life guard needs to be present but the life guard isn't available on Tuesday and Thursday & the rest of the days available only between 4 pm to 8 pm because of which we weren't able to use the pool along with the kid during our stay. If this information had been provided by them then I would have skipped booking this place.

The week was beautiful, quiet and service and cleanliness was good. The only thing missing was a fireplace in the unit, but they had a beautiful sitting area in the next building which was quiet, and had a beautiful fireplace. Laundry was free and easy to use, even though it wasn't in the room. Our room overlooked a beautiful golf course. We will go back in the years ahead.

"Our New Year's Eve Stay at Homestead Resort in Lynden, WA"

This resort was a nice quaint place for this lovely town of Lynden. Was concerned when reading some of the whiney type comments, so glad and happy we went! The steak house next door was one of the best we have ever had!! In fact all the other places we ate in town were all very good! The Dutch Bakery was amazing! So glad we live on Whidbey Island as it's only about 1 1 2 hours to visit again!!
