all perfect, nothing to complain about

It was OK. I wouldn’t book again though.

The hotel is incredible old, outdated and poorly maintained. Although we had a 2 bedroom suite, but it was cheaply decorated and looked its (old) age.

The location is fantastic and our suite was nice and large. The issue is the rooms have become shabby and need updating urgently.

Three week Senior Discovery Tour group, was our last stop in Cape Town, South Africa. We had a two bedroom, two bathroom suite with kitchen , four nights of luxury for two of us. Right on the coast line, Cape Town is beautiful with lots to offer. Definitely a bonus at the end of a very busy tour. Lots of sites were seen, wineries and good shopping was had by all. Shout out to Marcus and his team, their commitment and dedication of service and meeting guests needs went above and beyond. A deep hearted thank you from the sisters, hope to see you again. 🥰

Pros: the staff are very friendly and great location. Cons: needs major renovation/uplift. I read on reviews that it was luxurious. There was nothing luxurious about this hotel. The hotel served its purpose. If you are just looking for a spot to sleep at night, its fine. If you are looking for something more luxurious, you won't like it.

The location of the hotel and food was excellent very good ….liked the shuttle service it’s such a good idea thou to a certain parameter of kilometres makes things easy for us .

We were put in a room that had a big tree outside our window that blocked our view ,the unit was ok but our room couldn’t lock the handle is broken some of the lights are not working that made the room dark ….the hotel needs a bit of a updo it’s getting old
